Account Activation
Use this page to activate your account.

If you already have a username and password, use the fields on the left to enter your account.

To activate your account, enter your first name, last name, drivers license number, and admin id number from your USYSA white member card.

If you have more then one admin id, you will be required to activate an account for each admin id.

If your drivers license number does not exist in the system, you will need to contact your local registrar to activate your account.
